Eunsoo's daring choice soon led to danger. Caught in a trap set by her trading partner, she nearly lost both the drugs and money. Enraged, she hurled a brick and engaged in a high-speed scooter chase, delivering intense action that captivated viewers. Sensing Eunsoo's peril, Lee Kyung rushed to her aid, narrowly averting disaster. Their ensuing conversation, with Lee Kyung chastising Eunsoo's recklessness and Eunsoo gradually lowering her guard, heightened the drama.

Meanwhile, their secret partnership began to unravel. Mi-yeon (played by Jo Yeon-hee) spotted Eunsoo exiting Lee Kyung's car, sparking suspicions about their relationship. Sua discovered Eunsoo's dirt-stained socks, raising questions about her mother's mysterious activities.

Additionally, Jang Tae-goo (played by Park Yong-woo) closed in on the missing James, tightening the investigative net. The episode concluded with a suspenseful scene of Tae-goo confidently approaching Eunsoo's home, leaving audiences eager for the next developments.
