Travel Creator Wonji Shares Her Successful Health and Diet Journey

On the 23rd, Wonji appeared in a video titled 'Rapid Weight Loss X Strict Self-Management: A Diet Story (Diet Plan, Health Routine)' where she shared her reasons for adopting a healthier eating habit and reducing her weight.
In the video, Wonji introduced her breakfast routine, revealing through subtitles that she has lost 6kg of body fat. She mentioned, "I eat apples drizzled with plenty of olive oil. Nuts are beneficial, so I eat them with Greek yogurt."

Wonji has also established a habit of drinking water regularly, completing her healthy diet routine.
She shared, "Even while traveling, I kept track of my meals and learned how to reduce carbohydrates while maintaining satiety. It's the first time I've traveled without gaining weight," adding, "I am continuing to lose weight steadily without any rebound."
