SBS 'Inkigayo' Introduces New MC Lineup with TWS's Shinyu and &TEAM's EJ

SBS 'Inkigayo' has confirmed its new MC lineup.

Shinyu from the group TWS and EJ from &TEAM will join as new MCs, alongside the existing MC, IVE's Leeseo, to lead 'Inkigayo'.

Shinyu gained attention last year as a special MC on 'Inkigayo' for his thorough preparation and quick wit, smoothly handling the live broadcast. He also impressed the production team with his enthusiastic hosting and quirky charm as 'MC Alba Shinyu' on 'Inkigayo's web content 'Snack Shop'.

EJ, who will be co-hosting, is the leader of &TEAM, which has already achieved million-seller status in Japan, building a global fanbase. Ahead of his official debut in Korea, EJ has consistently performed on 'Inkigayo', earning praise from the production team for his bright energy and passionate presence. Known for his leadership and stage presence, EJ is expected to bring fresh, undisclosed charms to the audience.

Existing MC Leeseo will team up with Shinyu and EJ, promising a new dynamic as a trio. Having led the stage with stable hosting for the past 1 year and 5 months, Leeseo is set to create a more diverse chemistry with her new partners.

The 'Inkigayo' production team stated, "With their 'first love' visuals, Shinyu and EJ will showcase new synergy as 'next-generation leaders'. We look forward to the fresh charm that the three will create together with Leeseo."

The new SBS 'Inkigayo' featuring IVE's Leeseo, TWS's Shinyu, and &TEAM's EJ will premiere in October.
