Lee also addressed the mishap at the 4th Blue Dragon Series Awards held in July. During the event, he mistakenly went on stage when Lee Jun-hyuk was announced as the Popular Star Award winner, thinking his name was called.

He confessed, "I wanted to go home immediately. Before the second part of the event started, I apologized to Jun-hyuk hyung." He continued, "Senior actors told me it was funny and entertaining, but I felt embarrassed. Then, as soon as the second part began, MC Shin Dong-yup brought it up again, making me feel even more ashamed. I thought to myself while showering at home, 'I wish he hadn't mentioned it.'"

Lee further shared a humorous encounter at the airport the next day, "I had an overseas schedule, and at the airport, a staff member emphasized 'Lee Jun Young' when calling my name, which made me laugh."

On the topic of dating, Lee revealed, "I haven't dated much, I can count my relationships on one hand." Despite this, he considers himself a dating expert, explaining that he has a unique flirting technique that doesn't require him to make the first move. "I'm shy and reserved, so I don't speak much. When I stay quiet, people feel the urge to take care of me and approach me," he said.
