In the latest episode of tvN's weekend drama 'The Tyrant's Chef,' aired on the 20th, Yi Heon (played by Lee Chae-min) expressed his heartfelt feelings towards Yeon Ji-young (played by Im Yoon-ah).

The episode showcased Yi Heon comforting Yeon Ji-young as she prepared for a culinary competition. As the royal chef Yeon Ji-young and King Yi Heon worked together to prepare for a cooking contest against the Ming Dynasty, their relationship grew closer. Yi Heon praised her efforts, saying, "You did exceptionally well in today's competition. I didn't expect it to be this challenging. I wanted to give you a perfect score and the opposing country just one point, but that was my mistake."

Yeon Ji-young, determined not to bow to the Ming Dynasty, reassured the king, "I will compete in the third round. Do not bow your head to them." When she accidentally spilled tea on her injured hand, Yi Heon quickly grabbed her hand in concern and called for a merchant to arrange treatment by the royal physician.

Gently holding her injured hand, Yi Heon asked her to promise not to get hurt again, confessing, "When you're in pain, it hurts me even more." Yeon Ji-young, not letting go of his hand, confirmed their deepening emotions with a tender gaze.
