Additionally, Lee drew attention by discussing the mix-up at the Blue Dragon Series Awards, where he mistakenly went on stage after hearing the wrong name. He reflected on the incident, saying, "I was so embarrassed that I wanted to go home."

The incident occurred during the first part of the 4th Blue Dragon Series Awards held in July. Due to a pronunciation error by MC Jun Hyun-moo, Lee Jun-young went on stage instead of actor Lee Jun-hyuk. Jun Hyun-moo clarified, "It was Lee Jun-hyuk. Lee Jun-young is also a popular star. I should have pronounced it correctly, and I apologize." Lee Jun-young promptly left the stage and handed the trophy to Lee Jun-hyuk.
