'Typhoon Family' tells the story of 'Kang Tae-pung,' a novice businessman who becomes the president of a struggling trading company during the 1997 IMF crisis. Despite the bleak times when it seemed like the world was ending, the drama portrays the passionate survival stories of ordinary people who held their ground and continued living. It aims to offer warmth and courage to those going through tough times today.
The poster released on the 8th highlights Kang Tae-pung (played by Lee Junho), who enjoyed freedom and wealth in 1997. His styling, complete with bridge hair and unique fashion, captures the essence of youth from that era. His relaxed pose and cool gaze out the car window are reminiscent of a commercial.
Having lived in abundance without knowing lack, Kang Tae-pung is a character who never truly felt the weight of the world, thanks to his father's business. He spent freely and did whatever he wanted, appearing free and radiant, but he is about to face a significant change. At the end of his carefree youth, he will encounter the massive storm of the IMF crisis.

'Typhoon Family' will air as the follow-up to 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty,' starring Im Yoon-ah and Lee Chae-min, with its first episode airing on October 11 at 9:20 PM.
