Epic Showdown on 'Love Call Center Seven Stars': Son Bin-ah Faces Defeat

In a thrilling showdown on TV Chosun's 'Love Call Center Seven Stars,' Son Bin-ah faced defeat against Cheon Rok-dam and was humorously 'sentenced' to drink a traditional Korean herbal concoction.

The episode, which aired on the night of the 28th at 10 PM, featured a special segment titled 'War of the Trot Kingdoms.'

The show saw two iconic figures of the Korean trot music scene, Jo Hang-jo and Jin Sung, taking the stage as the king and emperor, respectively. They led their teams, composed of 'Mr. Trot' members, into a musical battle where the winners would receive prizes, while the losers would be humorously 'punished' with a traditional herbal drink. Son Bin-ah jokingly remarked, "It's the only thing I haven't tried yet."

The 'War of the Trot Kingdoms' commenced with Cheon Rok-dam representing Jo Hang-jo's team and Son Bin-ah representing Jin Sung's team. Before the performance, Cheon Rok-dam revealed his strategy by choosing Jin Sung's song 'My Woman,' citing the famous saying, "Know your enemy and know yourself, and you will win every battle." Jin Sung humorously responded, "I forbid you from singing my song. You keep taking my songs away. Honestly, I'm grateful, but you're going to ruin my career."

Son Bin-ah, in turn, chose to perform Jo Hang-jo's song 'Love Sickness,' stating, "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth." Cheon Rok-dam took the stage first, showcasing his impressive vocal skills and scoring 98 points. The MCs jokingly commented on his performance, "How can you imitate so perfectly?" to which Cheon Rok-dam replied, "It's not imitation; it's just that our blood is similar."

Kim Yong-bin humorously interjected, suggesting, "Isn't your blood on the other side?" Cheon Rok-dam then playfully asked Jin Sung, "Did you lose me under a bridge?" Jin Sung played along, recalling, "I do have memories of such an incident at Maljukgeori Station."

Son Bin-ah then performed 'Love Sickness,' delivering a strong performance but scoring 92 points, leading to his 'punishment.' The 'herbal drink' was actually a traditional Korean remedy called Galgeun-tang. Son Bin-ah humorously pretended to struggle with the drink, eventually collapsing in jest, eliciting laughter from the audience.
