The 8th episode of Channel A's weekend drama 'My Lovely Journey,' aired on the 24th, captivated viewers with the dazzling growth of Kang Yeoreum (played by Gong Seung-yeon) and an unexpected crisis. Yeoreum and Lee Yeon-seok (played by Kim Jae-young) shared romantic moments, but the involvement of Cha Si-wan (played by Kang Dong-ho) marked the beginning of a new love triangle. With hopes of reviving 'One Day Travel,' Yeoreum headed to Jinju for her fourth proxy travel mission. Coincidentally, Yeon-seok, eager to escape after receiving harsh feedback on his script, was also at the train station. Their unexpected encounter led to a romantic train journey, with Yeon-seok supporting Yeoreum throughout.

Upon arriving in Jinju, they shared a meal before parting ways for their respective schedules. However, Yeon-seok, recalling a friend's advice, expressed his feelings indirectly by suggesting Yeoreum star in his melodrama script. Their night walk at Jinju Castle was a highlight, with Yeon-seok's gestures revealing his affection.

The joy was short-lived as Yeoreum received news of Seong Ihwa's passing while climbing Seongjeonam. Her despair was palpable as she realized her hopes for the program's revival were dashed.
