Singer Jang Yoon-jung expressed discomfort over comments made about her husband, Do Kyung-wan.

On the 24th, Jang Yoon-jung took to her personal social media to state, "Even without a close relationship... haha... Remarks or actions that the other party cannot laugh at cannot be disguised as 'jokes' or 'pranks.' There is no 'sub' in a family." She shared a photo from the broadcast article to express her stance.

Jang's response came after announcer Kim Jin-woong mentioned Do Kyung-wan on the KBS 2TV show 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' (hereafter referred to as 'The Boss').

During the episode, Kim Jin-yong visited a matchmaking company with senior announcer Um Ji-in. During the consultation, Um Ji-in remarked, "I think Do Kyung-wan is the announcer who married the best among the juniors. His broadcasting career has flourished since his marriage."

In response, Kim Jin-yong said, "It might be disrespectful to senior Do Kyung-wan, but I can't live like him. I can't live as someone's 'sub.' I apologize to the senior. Supporting a spouse seems challenging."

The MCs watching the scene commented, "Isn't your ideal type Kim Go-eun or Kazuha? To meet someone like that, you might have to live as a 'sub.'"
