KBS Joy's 'Longtime Pursuit of Love' Sparks Interest with Unexpected Pairings

In a recent episode of KBS Joy's 'Longtime Pursuit of Love,' viewers were captivated by the unexpected pairings during the dating selection process. The show aired on the night of the 18th at 9:50 PM.

During the episode, male participants were tasked with choosing their female partners for a date. The women, with their eyes closed, were unaware of who had chosen them. Solbi expressed her anticipation, saying, "I was excited to finally see where the men's hearts truly lie." Meanwhile, Hongja admitted, "I was worried about maintaining my composure if a certain someone approached me."

As the partners were revealed, Solbi beamed with joy upon seeing Park Kwang-jae beside her, as she had hoped for him. However, Hongja's smile faded when she realized Park Kwang-jae had chosen Solbi. "I thought Park Kwang-jae would choose me," Hongja confessed, "but my expectations were completely off."

Despite this, Hongja was pleased to find that Song Byung-chul had chosen her, as she had hoped. "He's so cheerful and fun to be around, but I was curious about how a one-on-one date would go," she remarked. Meanwhile, Jang So-yeon expressed her desire to date someone who genuinely wanted to be with her.

Jang So-yeon was approached by Lee Kyun, whom she had been observing since his introduction. As the selections were revealed, Hwangbo confidently stated, "I know who chose me." She had hoped for Lee Kyu-han, and he had indeed chosen her.
