Jang Young-ran also recalled, "We used to fight constantly and come home like strangers. He slept on the sofa while I slept alone. We blamed each other, saying things like 'It's because you spent too much on interior design.' We couldn't communicate for years." In April 2023, Han Chang confessed to feeling depressed during a trip with Jang Young-ran.

Since closing the clinic, the couple has not fought. Jang Young-ran expressed her affection, saying, "In the end, he embraced me with a bigger heart." Han Chang added, "I still have my oriental medicine license, but I plan to focus on household duties for now. Jang Young-ran used to handle the kids' homework and send them to academies, but now it's my turn."

Meanwhile, in February, Jang Young-ran and Han Chang jointly purchased a luxury residential unit in the Galleria Foret complex in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, for 9.45 billion won. The couple currently resides in the Hyundai Hyperion apartment in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, which recently sold for approximately 3 billion won for a 65-pyeong unit.
