Kang Sang-jun's Captivating Transformation in JTBC's 'Esquire'

In JTBC's weekend drama 'Esquire: Lawyers Who Dream of Becoming Lawyers' (hereafter referred to as 'Esquire'), Kang Sang-jun has made a significant impact in just two episodes, showcasing a unique charm that has caught viewers' attention.
'Esquire' is an office growth drama that follows the journey of Kang Hyo-min (played by Jung Chae-yeon), a righteous and bold yet socially awkward rookie lawyer at the law firm Yulim, as she grows into a complete lawyer through her interactions with Yoon Seok-hoon (played by Lee Jin-wook), a partner lawyer known for his cold demeanor but exceptional skills.
Kang Sang-jun has contributed significantly to the promising start of 'Esquire.' He plays the role of Han Sung-chan, a partner lawyer at Yulim's rival firm, Lee & Seo, and Kang Hyo-min's boyfriend, adding intrigue to the plot with unexpected twists.

Han Sung-chan's character as a lawyer was also clearly defined. He reunited with Yoon Seok-hoon and Kang Hyo-min during 'Esquire's' first case involving the destruction of sperm. Despite his overconfidence, Han Sung-chan was outsmarted by Yoon Seok-hoon and Kang Hyo-min's strategic approach in court, ultimately agreeing to a settlement of 100 million won to prevent further damage.

Particularly, given Kang Sang-jun's previous role as Moon Ji-on in Genie TV's original drama 'To My Harry,' where he played a playful yet reliable younger man, viewers are eager to see the different charm he will bring to 'Esquire.' Kang Sang-jun's impressive performance and overwhelming transformation are set to continue captivating audiences.
Meanwhile, JTBC's weekend drama 'Esquire' airs every Saturday at 10:40 PM and Sunday at 10:30 PM.
