The episode featured Kim Geum-soon and her eldest son's journey towards independence. During a farewell dinner, Kim Geum-soon prepared Brazilian bread while her son made kimchi stew, showcasing their different tastes and preferences.
Kim Geum-soon proudly shared, "My son has been cooking for himself since elementary school, making ramen and salads." As he prepared to move out, her son humorously remarked, "I'll take the groceries mom bought. I'll make the most of it until the end."

Living alone after her divorce, Kim Geum-soon revealed the real reason for her son's independence: "As the eldest, he felt the responsibility and stress of taking care of the family. I want him to focus on his own life without feeling pressured."
Her son explained his decision, saying, "Before being a mom, she's 'Kim Geum-soon.' I want her to live her life, go backpacking, and not be tied down by her children."

After hearing their story, entertainment company CEO Kim Jaejoong expressed interest in working with them, saying, "Let's do something together after you return from studying abroad."
