'The Manager' has recently spotlighted fresh stars like actors Lee Se-hee and Park Joo-hyun, helping them gain public favor by showcasing their unique charms. After Lee Se-hee's appearance, viewers flooded the network with requests to feature her on another variety show, 'I Live Alone'. Following Park Joo-hyun's episode, her candid personality and rehearsal scenes from the play 'Shakespeare in Love' were highlighted, increasing interest in the play and its cast, including actors Lee Sang-yi, Ong Seong-wu, and Kim Hyang-gi.

The anticipation for All Day Project's episode is high, with viewers promising to tune in. Comments like "Lee Se-hee's episode was fun, and Park Joo-hyun showed her 'tomboy' side, now All Day Project is coming on, making 'The Manager' even more appealing" and "Pairing All Day Project with Koyote is a brilliant move" reflect the praise for the show's casting choices.

Kim Yoon-jip, the PD of 'The Manager', explained, "Our team monitors various personalities across platforms. We found Lee Se-hee's quirky photos on social media intriguing, and Park Joo-hyun seemed fun and down-to-earth from other shows, leading us to reach out to their managers. We received many interesting insights, which gave us confidence in our casting choices."

Regarding the casting of All Day Project, Kim added, "We were interested in the unique management style of mixed groups. After meeting them, we found each member's charm compelling, so we decided to feature them alongside Koyote to maximize their appeal."

Through 'The Manager', Lee Se-hee and Park Joo-hyun have successfully captured the audience's affection as 'charming women'. Kim PD noted, "While the show observes the daily lives of the cast from a distance, we keep in mind the unique traits and charm points shared by their managers."

He continued, "Lee Se-hee's manager described her as 'unaware of her quirks' and 'open-minded', while Park Joo-hyun's manager called her a 'down-to-earth tomboy'. These insights from those closest to them guide our filming approach."

As of last week's broadcast, 'The Manager' had a viewership rating of 3%, trailing MBC's popular show 'I Live Alone' by 2.7 percentage points. With its strong casting and engaging format, 'The Manager' continues to receive enthusiastic responses from viewers and may become another beloved program for MBC's entertainment division.
