Actress Lee Mi-sook has unveiled her fitness routine, sharing her secrets to maintaining her figure.

On her YouTube channel, 'Sooksure Mi-sook', a video titled 'Three Exercise Sets for Mi-sook!! Is This Body Real at This Age? Lee Mi-sook's Workout Routine Revealed' was uploaded.

In the video, Lee Mi-sook is seen heading to a fitness center, showcasing her workout regimen. She revealed that she not only focuses on losing weight but also incorporates rehabilitation exercises. Explaining the reason for this, she said, "I've had two leg surgeries," adding, "It's something that naturally comes with age."

Alongside her trainer, Lee Mi-sook performed rehabilitation stretches, squats, and lunges. Experiencing some discomfort, she remarked, "Degenerative arthritis with bad joints is really tough." As she engaged in various exercises, she appeared to struggle at times.

Lee Mi-sook's routine wasn't limited to rehabilitation exercises. She also engaged in screen golf, weight training, and Pilates. While lifting weights, she humorously commented, "I wonder how long I have to live like this." When a staff member suggested that exercising is beneficial, she replied, "That's true, but I wish there was a good way without doing it." After her workout, she stepped on the scale, noting, "This is how I lose weight," drawing attention.

Meanwhile, Lee Mi-sook, born in 1960, is 65 years old. In 2012, she was embroiled in an affair scandal with a student 17 years her junior, which she denied, filing a lawsuit against her agency's CEO and two journalists for spreading false information and defamation.
