Yoon Kye-sang Almost Changed His Name to 'Jang Chen' Due to Iconic Role

The episode, aired on the 22nd, featured Yoon Kye-sang and Kim Yo-han as guests. Host Yoo Jae-suk reminisced about the immense popularity of Yoon's former band, god, saying, "god conquered the nation." Kim Yo-han added humorously, "My mother was such a fan that she asked for his autograph first," drawing laughter from the audience.
Yoo Jae-suk mentioned the phenomenon of 'Kye-sang's wives' across the country, to which Yoon responded skeptically, "It sounds like a lie. Everyone claims to be Kye-sang's wife. Is it true?"

Yoon Kye-sang discussed his role as Jang Chen in 'The Outlaws', which solidified his acting career, saying, "I almost changed my name because of it." He humorously compared it to his character Ju Ga-ram in the drama 'Try', saying, "The name doesn't quite have the same impact."
In a surprising revelation, Yoon admitted, "I didn't grow a beard until I was 24. Kim Tae-woo and I used hair growth products," responding to compliments about his facial hair.
