TXT's Soobin Makes His Variety Show Debut on MBC's 'Radio Star'

Soobin, a member of TXT (Tomorrow X Together), the younger brother group of BTS, is set to make his debut on a terrestrial talk show by appearing on MBC's 'Radio Star'.

The episode, airing on the 16th, is themed 'World Class, Only I Can See You~' and features guests Jang Geun-suk, Lee Hong-gi, Soobin, and Kim Shin-young.

During the show, Soobin confidently states, “Our team is not strong in variety shows,” and adds, “I’m the one who handles variety!” He then introduces his unique talent of matching people to foods, humorously comparing the MCs and guests to foods like 'Kimchi Dumpling Face' and 'Baby Potato Face', bringing laughter to the set.

Soobin also showcases his talent in eating watermelon quickly, sharing that he practiced by eating a whole watermelon over two days, aiming to clear it in three seconds. He candidly admits, “I’m not confident in impersonations, so I decided to do something unexpected,” which garners support from viewers. Despite his gentle appearance, he playfully requests, “Senior Kim Gura, please treat me roughly.”

He further amuses the audience with a bold statement, “HYBE's XXX is Kim Pi-tang,” causing laughter and wrapping up with a joke about being advised by his company to watch his words. The mystery of who 'Kim Pi-tang' is piques curiosity.

Meanwhile, TXT is set to make a comeback with a full album on the 21st. 'Radio Star' airs on the 16th at 10:30 PM.
