Actress Lee Si-young Finds Courage in Tarot Reading Amid Pregnancy Announcement

Actress Lee Si-young, who recently announced her pregnancy, found courage in a tarot reading with comedian Lee Yong-jin, who advised her to "go for it."

On October 9, Lee Yong-jin's YouTube channel featured a video titled 'Lee Si-young's Tarot Reading: A Life Dedicated to Tarot.'

In the video, Lee Si-young appeared as a guest, expressing her strong belief in tarot readings. She shared that recent tarot readings had been quite accurate regarding her life events, which made Lee Yong-jin nervous.

During the first consultation, Lee Si-young, who enjoys riding motorcycles, asked if she would have an accident. Lee Yong-jin analyzed the cards and confidently stated, "No," predicting that meeting various people through biking would be beneficial and that her cautious and well-prepared nature would ensure her safety.

For her second question, Lee Si-young inquired about the possibility of dying while climbing Mount Everest, a bucket list item for her. Lee Yong-jin advised against it, citing her past experience with altitude sickness and suggesting that it was time to put a brake on challenges and adventures, focusing instead on her surroundings.

Lee Si-young also sought insight into her son's personal life, asking if he had a girlfriend. Lee Yong-jin's reading indicated he did not, leading Lee Si-young to express doubt, suspecting her son might be lying. She shared a story about a trip with her son and his female friend, during which her son paid more attention to the friend than to her.

After analyzing the cards again, Lee Yong-jin concluded that her son had experienced unrequited love and suggested she comfort him at home.

In the final tarot reading, Lee Si-young asked if she could draw cards without revealing her question. Lee Yong-jin confirmed it was possible, and upon analyzing the cards, he advised her to "push forward without hesitation," which greatly relieved Lee Si-young.

Lee Yong-jin's curiosity was piqued, but Lee Si-young only shared that it was a personal concern.

Previously, on October 8, Lee Si-young surprised fans by announcing her pregnancy on Instagram. She revealed that she had been preparing for a second child through IVF during her marriage, but after her divorce, she decided to proceed with the embryo transfer before the five-year storage period expired.

Lee Si-young stated, "Although my ex-husband did not agree, I am fully committed to my decision. I have always wanted another child and could not bear to discard the embryo." She emphasized the joy her son, Jung-yoon, brings her, even during challenging times.

She added, "Despite potential difficulties and various considerations, I believe this choice is more valuable. I trust it was a meaningful decision in my life."

Reflecting on her life, Lee Si-young expressed, "The most precious thing has always been my child. This miraculous time fills my life, and I am grateful for the new life that has come to me." She welcomed any advice or criticism with humility.

Lee Si-young married a non-celebrity involved in the restaurant industry in 2017, but they recently divorced after eight years. She has one son.
