Fantasy Thriller 'S-Line' Unveils Hidden Desires and Truths

On the 7th, a press conference for the Wavve original drama 'S-Line' was held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Seoul. Attendees included actors Lee Soo-hyuk, Lee Da-hee, Arin, Lee Eun-sam, and director Ahn Joo-young.
'S-Line' is a fantasy thriller drama that reveals hidden truths and forbidden desires as the red line connecting those with intimate relationships becomes visible.
Actor Lee Soo-hyuk plays 'Ji-wook,' a detective pursuing the truth behind the S-Line. Lee Da-hee portrays 'Kyu-jin,' a high school teacher with a mysterious aura behind her warm smile. Arin, a member of Oh My Girl and an actress, plays 'Hyun-heup,' a girl who has been able to see the S-Line since birth. Lee Eun-sam plays 'Sun-ah,' Ji-wook's niece and Hyun-heup's classmate.

He added, "I was curious about how the S-Line, which is prevalent in Ji-wook's setting, would be portrayed. During the script reading, my fellow actors performed so well that I felt I just needed to do my part well."
Lee Soo-hyuk also shared, "I was initially taken aback by the provocative nature of the title. I thought a lot about how to portray the character and the story, considering how people's behavior changes when private or hidden aspects are revealed."

She continued, "I've seen Arin perform on stage many times. Seeing her as Hyun-heup on set was moving. She truly seemed like an actress now. Eun-sam, whom I've seen outside of work, transformed on set. Her eyes changed the moment the camera rolled, and I realized she was no ordinary talent. Everyone was so professional that I felt I just needed to do my part well."
'S-Line' received critical acclaim, winning the 'Best Music' award at the 8th Cannes International Series Festival in April.

He added, "I wasn't prepared for such a big event. After returning, my affection for the project grew, and I felt a strong desire to share it soon. Winning the award was exhilarating and felt surreal."
The Wavve original drama 'S-Line' will release two episodes each on July 11th, July 18th, and July 25th.
