Epik High's Tablo Opens Up About 'Tajinyo' Scandal and Parenting Philosophy

On the October 2nd episode of MBC's variety show 'Radio Star,' Tablo appeared alongside fellow Epik High member Tukutz, comedian Im Woo-il, and YouTuber Kim Won-hoon for a special episode featuring YouTube stars.
During the show, Tablo shared updates about his daughter Haru, whom he shares with actress Kang Hye-jung. He mentioned that Haru is now in her third year of middle school and that they have a friendly relationship, saying, "She's going through adolescence smoothly, and we're like friends now."
When asked by host Kim Gura if he is concerned about Haru's academic performance, Tablo replied, "It's hard for me to tell my child that 'education is everything.' Even with a good education, I'm still sharing Epik High's earnings equally."
Tukutz humorously added, "Does it matter if you graduated from Stanford when you're filming hiking content? When you're enjoying good food and beer at a restaurant, what does Stanford have to do with it? Of course, being from a prestigious university helped us promote Epik High a lot."

When asked if Haru knows about the 'Tajinyo' scandal, Tablo explained, "I sat her down at a certain age and told her everything I went through. Otherwise, she might hear about it from someone else. It's hard to believe, but 'Tajinyo' still exists, and some people are still active."
He continued, "I taught her not to focus on the negative aspects of what happened but to see how I overcame it."
