On the recent episode of SBS's 'My Little Old Boy,' Kim Hee-chul made headlines by declaring his intention to remain unmarried, citing concerns over property division.

The episode, aired on the 29th, featured Lee Sang-min, Lee Dong-gun, and Kim Hee-chul meeting with divorce attorneys.

Upon the arrival of the three divorce lawyers, Park Eun-joo, Yang Na-rae, and Park Min-chul, Kim Hee-chul jokingly remarked, "Are you here to perform a ritual to make us divorce?" Park Min-chul responded, "Knowing how to divorce is essential to maintaining a happy marriage."

Kim Hee-chul inquired, "People marry for love, but what usually leads to divorce?" Yang Na-rae replied, "Statistically, personality differences top the list, but I believe infidelity is the main reason."

The lawyers discussed recent trends in infidelity, noting, "People are using second-hand trading apps for affairs. There's also a rise in affairs among married individuals who have a lot to lose. Some married men even seek out pregnant women for affairs." Kim Hee-chul expressed his shock, saying, "That's terrifying."

Lee Sang-min asked if losing contact after marriage could be grounds for divorce, mentioning Kim Hee-chul's tendency to be unreachable. Kim Hee-chul explained, "It's not intentional; I just need time alone."

Park Min-chul suggested, "Sharing location information after marriage is reasonable because it shows transparency." Kim Hee-chul recounted, "I installed a location tracking app at my ex-girlfriend's request, but I deleted it immediately when I saw how much it tracked my movements. I can't get married."

Kim Hee-chul admitted, "I do want to get married, but I have many examples around me that serve as warnings. I'll marry when I'm sure I can take full responsibility." Park Min-chul commented, "Then you might never marry. Among the 'My Little Old Boy' members, Kim Hee-chul and Kim Jong-kook might find it difficult to marry."

Kim Hee-chul emphasized that he is more generous than the frugal Kim Jong-kook. However, when asked, "What if your wife asks to split your assets after marriage?" he replied, "No, it's mine. I won't covet yours, so don't covet mine."

When the lawyers explained that even a house under Kim Hee-chul's name would be subject to division, he firmly stated, "I worked hard in 'My Little Old Boy' and Super Junior to buy that house. I'm not getting married."

Meanwhile, regarding remarriage and divorce, Lee Sang-min noted, "The first divorce was easy because I didn't know better, but I was cautious with remarriage, so I won't divorce again." Park Min-chul added, "Divorcing after remarriage is the hardest, but subsequent divorces become easier."
