Actor Jung Jun-won Opens Up About Earnings and Career Journey on Sung Si-kyung's YouTube Channel

Actor Jung Jun-won candidly shared his thoughts on his current earnings, expressing some disappointment over not having a substantial income yet.

On October 25, a video titled 'Meeting Sung Si-kyung, Jung Jun-won, although it's our first time, let's be brothers from today' was uploaded on singer Sung Si-kyung's YouTube channel.

In the video, Jung Jun-won enjoyed a meal prepared by Sung Si-kyung and shared various stories about his life, from his early days to his current status. He revealed, "In movies, the pay is really low, but dramas are longer. So, I've managed to get by with what I have, just trying to make it work."

Sung Si-kyung then asked, "Aren't you a superstar now? With ads and sold-out fan meetings, I'm curious about your earnings." Jung Jun-won replied, "I still don't earn much." Sung Si-kyung jokingly added, "I thought you came here in a Bentley," to which Jung Jun-won laughed, "No one would believe that even if you said it."

As a senior in the entertainment industry, Sung Si-kyung offered advice to Jung Jun-won, saying, "It's important to join the ranks of success. I was quite successful at 22, but I couldn't adapt to just enjoying the popularity. You should enjoy what you've earned through your efforts."

Jung Jun-won reflected, "I think my character was crafted so well that it's drawing attention from people. While the popularity might fade as new projects come out, since it's not long after the project ended, I think I should enjoy it."

Meanwhile, Jung Jun-won gained popularity for his role as obstetrics and gynecology resident Goo Do-won in the tvN drama 'Someday Wise Resident Life.'
