Intrigue and Deception: Ji Hye-won's Villainous Role Captivates Viewers in 'Stealing the Groom's First Night'

Ji Hye-won takes on the role of a desire-driven villain in KBS 2TV's drama 'Stealing the Groom's First Night' (written by Jeon Sun-young, directed by Lee Woong-hee, produced by Studio N and Monster Union, based on the Naver Series web novel by Hwang Do-tol). Her character's schemes and misdeeds are stirring up anger among viewers.
In the episode aired on the 25th, the drama 'Stealing the Groom's First Night' depicted noble families' daughters gathering for the marriage of Gyeongseong-gun Ibeon (played by Ok Taec-yeon). Do Hwa-seon (played by Ji Hye-won) also submitted her maiden application and showcased various tricks to pass the initial selection process.
Having conspired with the queen dowager to learn the initial selection tasks, Do Hwa-seon threw a pre-prepared fake shot put and had a custom moving target for the archery task, raising suspicions from Seon-cheok (played by Seo Hyun). In another task, where participants had to carry a large tray across the highest pavilion, she cleverly secured the food on the tray, provoking anger with her cunning and wicked tactics.
Do Hwa-seon is determined to win Ibeon by any means necessary, and viewers are keen to see what further schemes she will employ in the subsequent selection rounds, showcasing her as a detestable villain.
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV's drama 'Stealing the Groom's First Night' airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 9:50 PM.
