Young and Rich: Jeong Dong-won Impresses with His Culinary Skills for His Dogs

On the 19th, Jeong Dong-won's YouTube channel featured a video titled 'ep07. Dog Dad's Parenting Diary.'
In the video, Jeong Dong-won prepared homemade meals for his dogs, Teddy and Bear. He surprised viewers by spending a whopping 450,000 KRW on ingredients, admitting he didn't expect it to cost so much.
While shopping, he confidently stated, "Who else but Jeong Dong-won when it comes to cooking?" He filled his cart and proceeded to the self-checkout, even purchasing a large pressure steamer. Despite the hefty bill, he cheerfully left the store with his cart.
Before starting the cooking, Jeong Dong-won snacked on some bread and admitted, "It's my first time making homemade dog food," causing some concern among the production team. True to his young and rich persona, he showed off pre-made meals from his freezer without closing the door.

Lacking basic kitchen tools like bowls and cutting boards, he nonchalantly remarked, "On the island, we cut food on rocks," as he pulled out a cutting board from a pile of dog treats, exclaiming, "Oh! It's brand new!"
Initially planning to follow a recipe, Jeong Dong-won soon shifted his approach, saying, "I don't think recipes are that important. Cooking is all about the touch. Just eyeball it."

When asked why he cooks at home, Jeong Dong-won pondered, "Whether buying ingredients or eating out, if you think about saving money..." He mentioned that when he craves homemade food, he visits local eateries, adding, "The diner near my house is better than my grandma's cooking."
After overcoming several challenges, Jeong Dong-won successfully completed the meal, and his dogs happily devoured it, leaving him with a proud smile.
