MAMAMOO's Solar Reflects on 11 Years of 'Cringe-Worthy' Moments on YouTube

On her YouTube channel 'Solarsido,' MAMAMOO's Solar released a video titled 'Facing MAMAMOO's 11th Anniversary Cringe Moments with MAMAMOO.'

In the video, Solar marks MAMAMOO's 11th anniversary, stating, "We've encountered so many cringe-worthy moments," and adds, "But there's no turning back now," as she prepares to face these moments. Watching the first video, Solar recalls, "This was MAMAMOO's debut stage," and explains, "The song required a backing track, so we layered several elements."

Solar reminisces, "When we first debuted as MAMAMOO, our mustaches were a key feature, and we were told never to let them fall off, so we glued them on. Watching the debut video, I thought, 'Oh no,' but thankfully, we handled it gracefully."

In another clip, Solar comments on a moment when Moonbyul forgot the lyrics, saying, "Moonbyul forgot the lyrics, and we all tried not to laugh." Many more cringe moments followed, including a time when they wore Teletubby costumes. Solar explains, "We wore them because we were suggested to do something fun for the Golden Disc Awards, and that's how I remember it."

Solar continues, "The important thing was that all the artists were waiting backstage, and we were embarrassed, thinking we couldn't do it, but we performed as if nothing happened." Later, she watches a video of herself acting with Yoo Seung-ho and screams in embarrassment, bringing laughter.

Solar then video calls with fellow MAMAMOO members Hwasa, Wheein, and Moonbyul. The four celebrate their 11th anniversary with a lively video call. MAMAMOO expresses gratitude, saying, "It's truly amazing to be loved for such a long time, and it gives us a reason to live our best lives," showing their love for their fans.
