BLACKPINK's Jennie Makes Surprise Appearance on 'World of Street Woman Fighter'

BLACKPINK's Jennie made a surprise appearance on the fourth episode of 'World of Street Woman Fighter' to introduce the Mega Crew Mission, filling in for regular judge Park Jin-young, who was absent due to personal commitments.

The episode, which aired on Tuesday, the 17th, featured the first elimination battle following the 'World of K-pop' mission. The show continued its popularity streak, achieving a peak viewership rating of 2.0% and an average of 1.7% (AGB Nielsen, Seoul metropolitan area, paid households). It also ranked first in the 1539 target demographic and 2049 male and female viewership for four consecutive weeks. On TVING, it reached a real-time viewing share of 95.3%, showcasing its strong appeal.

The show's buzz remains unstoppable. 'World of Street Woman Fighter' topped the TV-OTT non-drama category in the Good Data Corporation's FUNdex for three consecutive weeks and ranked first in the TV-OTT integrated buzz ranking for the second week of June.

The 'World of K-pop' mission was a series of intense battles. Starting with a showdown between MOTIV and Osaka Ojo Gang to G-Dragon's mission song, followed by BUMSUP vs. RHTokyo, and AG SQUAD vs. ROYAL FAMILY, the tension was palpable. The 'Choreography Copy Challenge' segment, where teams copied each other's moves, was a highlight of the mission.

MOTIV and Osaka Ojo Gang showcased their specialties in waacking and breaking, respectively. While MOTIV impressed with high-level techniques, Osaka Ojo Gang received praise for their K-pop style performance. Hana from Osaka Ojo Gang executed a tumbling move during the choreography copy segment, earning applause. Despite tying in the judges' scores, MOTIV emerged victorious after combining global audience evaluations.

The stage was set for BUMSUP and RHTokyo's matchup. Both teams delivered iconic performances to Jennie's mission song, captivating the judges. BUMSUP claimed victory, despite RHTokyo receiving higher scores from the judges for their genius choreography, due to the global audience's preference for BUMSUP's teamwork.

The final showdown to aespa's mission song was between AG SQUAD and ROYAL FAMILY. AG SQUAD's precise choreography using white gloves secured them the top spot in the 'World of K-pop' mission. AG SQUAD's Kaea and Kyra were moved to tears by their victory. ROYAL FAMILY, however, faced elimination against Osaka Ojo Gang.

The elimination battle was a best-of-five series. With special judges Mike Song, BabySlick, Baek Koo-young, Ashley Everett, and Kazuki Yo, the intense battle kept viewers on edge. Osaka Ojo Gang, led by standout performances from Ibuki and Kyoka, won the first two rounds. ROYAL FAMILY fought back in the relay team battle but ultimately lost in the leader battle of the fifth round.

After a fierce battle, ROYAL FAMILY became the first team to leave 'World of Street Woman Fighter.' Leader Tisha and her team expressed gratitude for the journey and the opportunity to meet talented dancers, stating, "This is not the end for ROYAL FAMILY; we will move forward."
