Jung Young-joo Embraces Her Role as a Strong Character in 'Salon de Holmes'

On the 16th, a press conference for the ENA drama 'Salon de Holmes' was held at the Stanford Hotel in Sangam, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by actors Lee Si-young, Jung Young-joo, Kim Da-som, Nam Gi-ae, and director Min Jin-ki.
Jung Young-joo takes on the role of Choo Kyung-ja, a character so strong she's referred to as the female Ma Dong-seok. She explained, "Kyung-ja, a former detective, lives a mundane life as a housewife after quitting her job. However, she begins to unleash her strength again after meeting the people in her apartment."

She continued, "I once mentioned on a variety show that I wanted to play a female Ma Dong-seok character, but everyone thought I was joking. In reality, I have a much better physique. In the drama, I play a character who can even lift a car, so you can look forward to it," she said confidently.
Finally, Jung Young-joo shared, "'Salon de Holmes' encompasses family life, fun scenes, and tearful stories. I felt it was a great drama, and I filmed it with pride. I hope you enjoy it and feel happy while watching."
'Salon de Holmes' premieres at 10 PM today.
