NCT's Doyoung Reminisces with Shownu and Jungwoo on Web Show 'No Giving Up'

NCT's Doyoung appeared as a guest on the original web variety show 'No Giving Up', produced by Studio K, where he shared nostalgic moments with Shownu and Jungwoo.

In the episode titled 'Where is the Manager?', Doyoung was warmly welcomed by Shownu and Jungwoo. Jungwoo expressed his excitement, saying, "It's been a long time since I've seen Shownu and Doyoung together." Doyoung responded, "I think we've seen each other in passing." Shownu added, "We did cross paths during overlapping activities, but I took a break from activities for about 4-5 years due to military service."

Doyoung reminisced about their past variety show experiences, saying, "Shownu was a character that made people laugh no matter what he did." Shownu recalled, "I had a clumsy and naive charm back then."

Doyoung also shared a memory of meeting Shownu at a music show, saying, "We got to know each other through variety shows, and one day I met him at a music broadcast." He continued, "NCT 127 was a candidate for first place, and we were waiting backstage. Suddenly, Shownu congratulated me, even though we weren't expected to win."

Doyoung added, "I asked, 'Why are you congratulating me?' and thought maybe Shownu knew something I didn't. But we didn't win first place, which made us laugh." Jungwoo asked Shownu, "What was the reason for the congratulations?"

Shownu, looking puzzled, said, "I don't really remember, but I guess it was for being a first-place candidate or maybe for the comeback." Doyoung concluded, "I always wanted to share this story somewhere, and now my curiosity is finally satisfied," he said with a laugh.
