god's Joon Park Opens Up About Experiencing Racism and His Journey

On the upcoming episode of Channel S's original show 'Im Won-hee's Gourmet Transmission,' airing on the 10th, Joon Park appears as a guest, engaging in heartfelt conversations and a food-tasting session with host Im Won-hee.
At the beginning of the show, when Im Won-hee comments, "Not much time left," Joon Park humorously responds, "Not much time left for me, soon I'll be dust!" This light-hearted exchange leaves Im Won-hee flustered, clarifying, "I meant the concert is soon. Plus, we're only a year apart in age," which brings laughter to the set. Joon Park adds, "We've decided to perform as god once a year," hinting at exciting news for fans.

Joon Park also opens up about his past. Reflecting on his high school graduation photo, he shares, "I looked more Asian when I was younger, but my appearance changed a lot as I grew up. I surfed and exercised a lot, so no one knew I was Korean until I revealed it." He continues, "I experienced racism as a child. Some people spat in the lunch my mother packed, and I was even hit. These experiences are reflected in the lyrics of god's song 'To Mother.'"
