Ji Seung-hyun Shares Behind-the-Scenes Stories from 'Goryeo-Khitan War' and More

MBC's 'Radio Star' (planned by Kang Young-sun / directed by Kim Myung-yeop, Hwang Yoon-sang, Byun Da-hee) will feature a special episode titled 'Capturing Women's Hearts' with guests In Gyo-jin, Ji Seung-hyun, Tei, and Heo Kyung-hwan.
Ji Seung-hyun, who played the hidden hero 'General Yang Kyu' in the drama 'Goryeo-Khitan War,' shares the heroic narrative of saving 30,000 people and behind-the-scenes stories of filming battle scenes. He recalls filming in freezing temperatures of -10 degrees Celsius, saying, "My hands were so cold that they would tear just from touching," and adds his determination to live as a lifelong ambassador for General Yang Kyu.

Ji Seung-hyun also shares his habit of noting down memorable quotes from books, including, "A ship is safest when it is in port, but that is not what ships are built for," and "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain."
Additionally, he recounts behind-the-scenes stories from the movie 'Wind,' known for the iconic line "Get lost," and recalls the audition process. He humorously shares that he still receives requests to say "Get lost" from fans.
He also talks about his experience on the variety show 'Handsome Trot,' admitting, "I avoided variety shows because I thought they were for funny people," and reveals his past reluctance to participate. He captures attention with a dance performance that combines martial arts and action, and surprises with his recently acquired piano skills.
Catch these stories on 'Radio Star' airing Wednesday at 10:30 PM.
