Director Lim Soon-rye Praises Cast of New MBC Drama 'Labor Attorney Noh Moo-jin'

Director Lim Soon-rye has praised the cast of the new MBC drama 'Labor Attorney Noh Moo-jin', including lead actor Jung Kyung-ho.

The press conference for the upcoming Friday-Saturday drama 'Labor Attorney Noh Moo-jin' was held on the 30th, attended by Director Lim, Jung Kyung-ho, Seol In-ah, and Cha Hak-yeon. The series is a comedic fantasy action drama about a labor attorney who can see ghosts and solves labor issues.

This marks Director Lim's first foray into television drama, having previously directed films such as 'Forever the Moment', 'Little Forest', and 'Negotiation'. The drama is written by Kim Bo-tong of Netflix's 'D.P.' and Yoo Seung-hee of the film 'I Can Speak', raising expectations.

Regarding Jung Kyung-ho, Director Lim commented, "The characters he has played so far have often been sensitive or prickly, but in reality, he is very easygoing and considerate, which surprised me. He was very kind to the staff on set and expressed diversity and subtlety in his everyday acting. He had many thoughts about the project, and we often discussed them together, which greatly helped the work." Jung Kyung-ho is known for his 13-year public relationship with Girls' Generation's Sooyoung, making them one of the entertainment industry's long-standing couples.

On Seol In-ah, Director Lim said, "She was the only extrovert among two introverts, serving as an energy source that lifted the entire atmosphere on set. I wonder if we could have achieved the current balance without her."

Director Lim also praised Cha Hak-yeon, saying, "He is a very smart actor. He never missed his scenes, held his ground in every scene, and delivered his part with certainty. He was thoroughly prepared and had a gentle demeanor." She continued her praise by stating, "The cast was impeccable."

'Labor Attorney Noh Moo-jin' premieres on the 30th at 9:50 PM.
