Cho Bo-ah Discusses Her Husband and Career in Netflix's 'Dear Hongrang'

On the 19th, an interview with Cho Bo-ah, who plays the role of Jae-yi in Netflix's 'Dear Hongrang,' was held at a café in Jongno-gu, Seoul. Contrary to the calm demeanor she displayed during the production presentation, Cho Bo-ah greeted the press with a bright and lovely smile.
'Dear Hongrang' is a mystery melodrama set in the Joseon era, revolving around Hong-rang (played by Lee Jae-wook), the son of the largest merchant group who returns after 12 years with no memory, and his half-sister Jae-yi (played by Cho Bo-ah), who is the only one suspicious of his true identity. The drama explores the mysterious emotions that develop between them.

She added, "Nothing has drastically changed since getting married. Everything flows naturally and comfortably. I feel grateful for the present and enjoy a stable life."
Cho Bo-ah announced her marriage to a non-celebrity partner last October.
She also reflected, "In my 20s, I was very ambitious and hard on myself. Now in my 30s, I've tried to let go a bit. I've realized that not all ambitions are fulfilled, so I strive to approach things more leisurely."
According to Netflix's Tudum website on the 21st, 'Dear Hongrang' ranked 6th in the global top 10 non-English TV shows, with 2.2 million views (calculated by dividing viewing hours by the total runtime of the show) within three days of its release (May 16-18). Additionally, it entered the top 10 in 12 countries worldwide.
