Unexpected Twists and Turns in 'Earth Arcade 3': Betrayal and Adventure Await

'Earth Arcade 3' delivered an episode filled with a rollercoaster of emotions.

On the October 16th episode of tvN's 'Earth Arcade 3' (directed by Na Young-seok and Park Hyun-yong), Eunji Lee, Mimi, Youngji Lee, and Yujin Ahn faced an unprecedented betrayal by Cheolyong.

While undergoing agent training in Abu Dhabi, Eunji Lee, Mimi, Youngji Lee, and Yujin Ahn embraced the local culture with dramatic makeovers for a day of field investigation. Eunji became Maryam, Mimi transformed into Aisha, Youngji took on the persona of Cassandra, and Yujin became Patra. They fully immersed themselves in their roles, even donning local attire at a shopping mall.

On their way back to their accommodation after tasting the famous gold coffee, they engaged in an AI role-play. Youngji Lee, dubbed 'YoungjiPT,' showcased her comedic flair with a realistic AI-like tone, while 'EunjiPT' and 'MimiPT' added to the humor with their distinct settings.

The excitement continued as Eunji Lee, Mimi, Youngji Lee, and Yujin Ahn participated in a thrilling individual round of the 'Say It in a Row' game. Youngji Lee, who struggled initially, finally succeeded in the 9th round by correctly naming five palindromic words, earning her a meal.

A highlight of the episode was the 'I'm Sorry, I Love You' quiz showdown between 'Misa Fan' Eunji Lee and PD Park Jun-young, with digital detox and department store gift certificates at stake. Although the first to answer three questions correctly would win, Eunji and Park found themselves more engrossed in their shared love for the drama than the competition.

In a tie-breaking moment, they faced a challenging question about the title of a program featuring interviews with adopted characters, including Cha Moo-hyuk. Demonstrating camaraderie over rivalry, they answered 'I Hate Korea' together, achieving a happy ending with a joint victory.

The following day, as they leisurely enjoyed breakfast before a planned desert activity, a message on the Jade Emperor's phone revealed a shocking development: two plane tickets to Lisbon, Portugal, had been purchased using the Jade Emperor's corporate card by Torong.

Further revelations through Torong and Cheolyong's social media exposed Cheolyong as an accomplice, having stolen valuable items from the group, including Youngji's glasses case gifted by Yang Hee-eun, Mimi's slippers, and Yujin's bag. This betrayal prompted Youngji to exclaim, “We need to find Yang Hee-eun's glasses quickly,” while Yujin remarked, “Is this why they fed us so quietly?” as they began their pursuit, setting the stage for an exciting chase.
