Park Bo-gum Expresses Disappointment Over Unanswered Messages from Lee Jun-young on 'Cantabile'
Jung Eun-ji and Lee Jun-young kicked off the show with a performance of 'Dream.' Park Bo-gum reminisced about their past music show encounters, recalling Jung Eun-ji's time with Apink and Lee Jun-young's days with U-KISS.
Having debuted 15 and 12 years ago respectively, Jung Eun-ji and Lee Jun-young reflected on their careers. Lee Jun-young humorously admitted, "I never thought I'd sing in front of so many people again, as I've been focused on acting. I'm used to singing alone, so it felt quite wrong," drawing laughter from the audience.
Both Park Bo-gum and Lee Jun-young appeared in Netflix's 'You Have Done Well,' but Park Bo-gum lamented, "We didn't have any overlapping scenes, which was disappointing. It's great to meet here," as he humorously reenacted a memorable scene.
Lee Jun-young mentioned they met twice during the wrap party and script reading. Park Bo-gum revealed, "We exchanged numbers, and I sent a 'nice to meet you' message, but got no reply. I thought I had the wrong number, but after yesterday's meeting, I confirmed it was correct."
Jung Eun-ji noted Lee Jun-young's shyness during their first meeting, while Park Bo-gum asked if she received a reply after exchanging numbers. Jung Eun-ji confirmed she did, but admitted, "I often got ignored."
Lee Jun-young, raising his hand for a chance to explain, humorously apologized, "I don't check my phone often. With 999 messages, many get missed," causing laughter.
