Yang Hyun-min and Choi Cham-sarang Embark on Sixth IVF Attempt Amidst Marital Struggles

The couple found themselves in a heated argument during the episode. Choi Cham-sarang expressed her concerns over Yang Hyun-min's reckless driving, which led to a tense exchange. Despite her worries, Yang Hyun-min retorted, "Just sit back and don't interfere with my driving pace," raising his voice.
The tension escalated during parking, as Yang preferred to park closer to the elevator, while Choi wanted a more spacious spot. Frustrated, Choi eventually said, "Get out. I'll park the car elsewhere."

Upon returning home, Yang found himself locked out. Choi, who was showering, didn't hear him knocking. With no other option, Yang went to his in-laws' house, just a three-minute walk away. He explained the situation to them, saying, "Sarang is upset." His father-in-law remarked, "There must be a reason for her behavior. You do love billiards a lot." Meanwhile, his mother-in-law sided with him, saying, "But locking the door was too much."
With the help of his in-laws, Yang managed to call Choi to their house. He apologized to her with a bouquet of flowers, saying, "I'm sorry for getting angry and for going to the billiard hall."
During the episode, the couple also opened up about their struggles with infertility. After five unsuccessful IVF attempts, Choi decided to try again after 18 months. She proposed, "If you're okay with it, should we try IVF again?" Yang expressed his concerns, "Didn't we agree to leave it to fate and not stress about it? We even told our parents that we wouldn't pursue IVF anymore."
Choi shared her thoughts, "I think it's better to try again before it's too late." Yang, worried about her well-being, said, "I don't want you to suffer. That's why I suggested stopping IVF. Watching you struggle was hard for me too. I'm not entirely convinced about trying again."
Yang emphasized his love for Choi, saying, "I love children and want to have them, but I married you because I love you, not just to have kids. You felt like a failure during IVF, and it was tough to watch." Choi tearfully admitted, "It was physically and mentally exhausting. I thought pregnancy was natural, but realizing I couldn't conceive made me feel like a failure." Yang reassured her, "If I could have the child for you, I would have done it already. But all I can do is quit smoking and drinking. I don't need a child to be happy with you."
The couple began their sixth IVF attempt at a new clinic after 18 months. The doctor, after reviewing the tests, said, "Your ovarian age is younger than your actual age, around 35. There's no significant issue. You should try IVF again." Choi expressed her frustration, "If there was a specific reason for not conceiving, I could accept it, but there's never a clear reason."
