Jang Keun-suk continues to embrace his 'pretentious' persona.

On the October 23rd episode of JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator since 2014', actors Jang Keun-suk and Ha Ji-won made an appearance.

Jang Keun-suk discussed his self-proclaimed title 'Asia Prince', stating, "I gave myself that nickname. When I introduced myself as 'Asia Prince Jang Keun-suk', everyone accepted it. It's a result of speaking it into existence," he proudly shared.

Jang Keun-suk was once known as 'Pretentious Keun-suk' for his over-the-top poses and captions like 'Headache. Is it because I'm more passionate than others?' on Cyworld. He explained, "It was a headache medicine ad copy. Is being pretentious bad? Without it, life seems dreamless. So, I tend to speak grandly," he expressed. Fellow 'pretentious' comrade Choi Hyun-seok added, "Pretentiousness is the romance of everyday life."

Jang's 'pretentiousness' continued as he claimed, "I don't know what spicy tastes like," showcasing his 'spicy pride'. He added, "I might feel discomfort in my stomach, but my tongue doesn't register spiciness." After biting into a chili from his fridge, he remarked, "It's sweet." When MC Ahn Jung-hwan pointed out his teary eyes and reddening whites, Jang humorously blamed the studio's dryness.

Jang also flaunted his 'alcohol pride'. Known for enjoying drinks, he stated, "I've never been drunk. I've dozed off while drinking, though." Ahn Jung-hwan humorously corrected him, "That's being drunk."

Jang shared a story involving Choo Sung-hoon, recalling, "We once drank 12 bottles of wine together in Roppongi, Japan. I was fine, but Choo was swimming on the street. He just can't handle alcohol," he recounted.

A video call with Choo confirmed the tale. "Yes, we drank wine in Roppongi. I drank so much I was swimming on the ground," Choo admitted, pointing out Jang was swimming alongside, causing laughter.

Regarding drinking alone, Jang confessed, "I used to, but not much anymore. I hesitate to call an ex-girlfriend with a 'Are you asleep?' text." When asked about past mistakes, he admitted, "Yes." He clarified, "It's not a drinking habit, it's love. An unfinished love." Choi Hyun-seok wrapped it up, "It's not pretentiousness, it's romance."
