On the latest episode of the YouTube variety show 'Salon Drip 2', TWS members Shin Yoo and Do Hoon reminisced about their trainee days. The episode, titled 'First Meetings Don't Always Go as Planned | EP.68 TWS Shin Yoo Do Hoon | Salon Drip 2', was released on the 3rd.

Host Jang Do Yeon welcomed the guests by saying, "You both have such small faces, it's the first time I've seen such proportions. I was so flustered I forgot to offer you a welcome drink." TWS, who debuted 11 months ago, shared their experiences with fame. Do Hoon mentioned, "We've shot a few commercials, and I saw myself in a department store." Shin Yoo added, "I was amazed to see a birthday cafe dedicated to me."

Discussing how they entered the idol world, Shin Yoo shared, "I'm from Yesan and originally dreamed of being a model. I was scouted on the street when my older sister took me to an amusement park. In a way, I owe my career to her." Do Hoon added, "I was cast at a friend's graduation ceremony in middle school. Before that, I had no interest in this field. I thought being a trainee would be cool, and after a year, I aimed to become an idol."

The duo, often called 'YooDoze' due to their similar looks, shared a laugh. Do Hoon noted, "People say we look alike, but I think it's more about our physiques." He humorously added, "Shin Yoo looks great even when he just wakes up or wipes off his makeup."

Jang Do Yeon asked Do Hoon about his longer trainee period and if he ever had to assert himself. Do Hoon recalled, "There was a trainee culture. When new trainees joined, the seniors would line up and ask, 'Who's the most handsome?'" Shin Yoo joked, "I think I picked Do Hoon," to which Do Hoon replied, "No, you picked someone else," sparking laughter.

Jang Do Yeon inquired about the youngest member, Kyung Min, who reportedly waits for Shin Yoo to start eating. Shin Yoo laughed, "I used to joke about it, but not anymore." When asked if Shin Yoo ever seemed like a young boss, Do Hoon admitted, "Yes, he often puts his arm around me and takes me aside for a talk. My clothes are stretched out afterward." Shin Yoo explained, "If something catches my attention, I address it in a cute way."

Senior idol Seventeen's Seungkwan advised, "Members should fight to get closer." Do Hoon shared, "We never fought before hearing that advice, but we took it to heart and now speak up when something bothers us. We even had a long talk yesterday." When asked if Seungkwan's advice was right, Shin Yoo replied, "Every group has its way of resolving issues. Fighting isn't the only solution." Jang Do Yeon joked, "Seventeen might be tough, but TWS isn't, so they'll handle it their way," prompting TWS to wave their hands in denial.

Shin Yoo, the only member using a stage name, explained, "I was born Shin Yoo, but my name was changed to Jung Hwan because it was similar to my sister's." Do Hoon humorously revealed, "I wanted a stage name too, like 'Icarus,' but it didn't work out."

Feeling left out of the MZ generation conversation, Jang Do Yeon asked who they felt like they were talking to in their family. Do Hoon replied, "It feels like talking to a cousin aunt, born around '77 to '79." Shin Yoo, trying to ease the situation, said, "It feels like talking to a cousin sister, around '93," bringing laughter.
