In the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Intoxicating Romance,' Baek Sung-chul plays the role of Oh Chan-hwi, a character who is cheerful and pure yet possesses the unexpected charm of being a former special forces member. His diverse acting skills are bringing a fresh and captivating character to life, showcasing his presence on screen.

In the recent episode, Chan-hwi, guided by Min-joo (played by Lee Jong-won), comforts the melancholic Ah-reum (played by Shin Do-hyun). Chan-hwi attempts to console Ah-reum using unfamiliar words, and his awkward yet sincere demeanor moves her. Additionally, his innocent gesture of shyly handing over a roughly picked wildflower made viewers' hearts flutter.

Initially, Baek Sung-chul's character is portrayed as a free-spirited youth traveling the country in a toast truck, effortlessly engaging with strangers.
