Actress Ji Hye-won is set to star in the upcoming drama 'I Stole the Male Lead's First Night,' continuing her busy career.

According to TenAsia's report on the 19th, Ji Hye-won has confirmed her role in the new drama 'I Stole the Male Lead's First Night.' She will be playing one of the female leads alongside Seo Hyun. The male leads will be portrayed by Ok Taec-yeon and Seo Beom-jun.

Despite growing up in a household where nothing is lacking, her greed knows no bounds. Her specialties include speaking without a filter and having anger management issues.

'I Stole the Male Lead's First Night' is a romance fantasy genre drama, originally serialized as a web novel by author Hwang Do-tol and later adapted into a popular webtoon. The story follows a protagonist who, after being reincarnated as a minor character in the novel, unintentionally spends a night with the novel's male lead, leading to a thrilling romance.

Ji Hye-won has previously gained recognition for her roles in 'Justice,' where she played Jang Young-mi, an aspiring actress who falls into despair, and in 'It's Okay to Not Be Okay,' where she portrayed Lee Ah-reum, a patient suffering from depression due to domestic violence. In 'The Sound of Magic,' she played a curious and somewhat annoying character, adding tension to the drama.

Recently, she starred in the Netflix series 'Hierarchy' as Yoon Hye-ra, a character driven by jealousy yet impossible to hate. Ji Hye-won vividly portrayed the complex emotions of obsession towards Rian (played by Kim Jae-won) and jealousy and inferiority towards Jae-i (played by Noh Jung-ui), bringing the character to life.
