Kim Min-ju Joins Cast of MBC's New Drama 'Undercover High School'
Actress Kim Min-ju has been confirmed to star in MBC's upcoming Friday-Saturday drama 'Undercover High School'.

Scheduled to air in the first half of next year, 'Undercover High School' is a comedic action series that follows the story of 'Jung Hae-sung' (played by Seo Kang-joon), a National Intelligence Service agent who goes undercover as a high school student to track down the missing gold of Emperor Gojong.

Kim Min-ju will portray 'Lee Ye-na', the only daughter of 'Seo Myung-joo', the chairman of the prestigious private Byungmoon High School. Despite reigning as the 'queen' of Byungmoon High, excelling in academics and popularity contests, she struggles to gain recognition from her mother, the true owner of the school.

Kim Min-ju has previously made an impact with her fresh presence in dramas like 'The Forbidden Marriage' and 'Connection'. She also garnered attention for her nuanced performance in her first leading film role in 'Listen', released on the 6th. As she continues to expand her acting repertoire, anticipation builds for her portrayal of a character with contrasting inner and outer personas in this new project.

Kim Min-ju is also set to hold her first solo fan meeting, 'Blooming Story', on the 22nd.
