Celebrity Parents Discuss Their Children's Talents and Future Aspirations
Singer Byul expressed her hopes for her youngest daughter, Song-i, to have a talent for broadcasting.
On the Channel A show 'Dad is a Flower Middle-aged Man' aired on the 31st of last month, Shin Sung-woo visited a child psychology counseling center to understand his son Tae-oh's temperament. Shin Sung-woo stated, "As a parent, it would be a lie to say I have no worries about my child. At my wife's request, I went to the counseling center to get hints on how to wisely handle discipline and understand the children's temperament." The expert analyzed Tae-oh's test results, saying, "He has high social sensitivity, is curious, and free-spirited. He is the type who must do what he wants." When Shin Sung-woo laughed and said, "That's exactly how I was as a child," the expert explained, "There are genetic factors, so children resemble their parents. Tae-oh is delicate and sensitive." The test results showed that Shin Sung-woo's first son, Tae-oh, resembles him. Kim Won-jun asked, "What if Tae-oh decides to pursue a career as a cool rocker in the future?" Shin Sung-woo replied, "If he wants to, I will support him quietly in his choice." Shin Hyun-joon pointed out his second son, Ye-jun, and youngest daughter, Min-seo, as children showing potential in acting. He said, "Seeing Teacher Kim Yong-gun and his son Ha Jung-woo sharing the same profession is admirable and enviable. I hope one of my three children will follow in my footsteps as an actor." Byul mentioned, "None of the three children have shown musical talent yet." She added, "Thanks to broadcasting experience, many photos of my youngest still circulate. When we go out, people recognize her and say, 'I saw you, you're Ha Song-i.' Although she might not pursue music, she could have a career in broadcasting."
