Kim Tae-woo of the group god shared an anecdote about being accepted into the group with just 150,000 won.

On the 19th, the 318th episode of MBC's variety show 'The Manager' ('전참시') aired, showcasing the daily life of the group god as they prepared for their 25th-anniversary concert.

Members Son Ho-young, Danny Ahn, and Kim Tae-woo were seen traveling for rehearsal. Kim Tae-woo's manager explained, "During concerts, each member's manager works as a team to take care of all the members."

Kim Tae-woo's manager observed Kim Tae-woo playfully interacting with Danny Ahn, noting, "He usually has a charismatic presence, but among the god members, he is still treated as the youngest, which is fascinating."

The god members expressed that even after 25 years, they feel like they're back in their 20s when they gather. They reminisced about an impromptu trip to Japan after their Seoul concert two years ago, enjoying themselves so much that they felt sleeping was a waste of time.

Danny Ahn joked, "The married members were particularly excited." When asked if they ever fought during the trip, they replied, "We've never fought. We argue a lot when working, but when we're not working, we're the best of friends."

Kim Tae-woo's manager candidly shared, "When the god members are together, they turn into mischievous high school boys, sometimes even feeling like kindergarteners."

Yoon Kye-sang once tore Kim Tae-woo's underwear at their dorm, and Kim Tae-woo confessed to crying over his appearance after debuting with 'To Mother.' Danny Ahn revealed a behind-the-scenes story where the CEO gave Kim Tae-woo glasses as a solution, drawing laughter.

Danny Ahn candidly shared his first impression of Kim Tae-woo, saying, "Jin-young introduced him as a genius high school main vocalist, but his appearance and singing skills were different from what I expected."

He continued, "We wanted to kick him out. We had a female vocalist who struggled with us, and when she left and he came, we thought, 'Let's be mean, and he'll leave.' We were mean to him." Kim Tae-woo agreed, "They didn't even talk to me."

Kim Tae-woo recalled the moment he was accepted by the members, "I was so hungry and opened the fridge, but there was no food. I remembered the 150,000 won my mom gave me as emergency money." He added, "When I told the hyungs I had 150,000 won, they all laughed and spoke to me for the first time."

Park Joon-hyung reminisced, "We received 30,000 won as an appearance fee back then, and with little money left for living expenses, 150,000 won was a huge amount," sharing his struggles and sense of responsibility as the eldest member.
