'Queen Bee Game' Faces First Elimination Amid Team Changes

Wavve's original variety show 'Queen Bee Game' experiences its first team elimination amid chaotic team changes.

In the third episode of 'Queen Bee Game,' released today, six teams led by female leaders Monica, Jang Eun-sil, Jung Hye-in, Shin Ji-eun, Seo Hyun-sook, and Gu-seul engage in a 'Tire Seizure Battle' as the mission to determine the first eliminated team. This mission involves only male team members, making the strategies of the six queen bees and the cooperation of their team members crucial for victory.

In the previous episode, the team member exchange, a benefit for the winning team of the 'Queen Bee Revenge Battle,' emerged as a key variable in determining the first eliminated team. While some teams saw this as an opportunity to boost morale, others expressed dissatisfaction with their existing leaders and team members, leading to contrasting team atmospheres. Gu-seul, in a candid interview with the production team, expressed her displeasure, saying, "(They) should have honestly said they wanted to leave," and lamented, "Ah, people really become pathetic."

As the first elimination match began with various grievances, it became increasingly clear that the female leaders' instructions had a decisive impact on the outcome. This put the leadership of the six female leaders to the test. Jang Eun-sil, the 'absolute powerhouse' under everyone's scrutiny, suggested, "It would be better to operate the game using our team's strength in endurance without physical confrontation," while Monica drew attention by climbing onto a chair to get a bird's-eye view of the field, stating, "You have to see everything from a high place to give orders."

Meanwhile, the male team members showed their desperation to avoid being the first eliminated team. Self-proclaimed 'survival addict' Yoon-bi revealed the peak of his tension during the game, saying, "I can hear the sound of my mental state breaking down. It's like the ringing sound in your ears when a bomb explodes in a war movie." This heightened tension piqued interest in the reasons behind it.

The production team stated, "This episode will mark the beginning of the full-fledged survival game with unpredictable rules like team member exchanges and the occurrence of the first eliminated team. The strong determination of the six teams to win and the six distinct leadership styles of the female leaders, along with the male team members' performances in extreme situations, will provide great entertainment. Please look forward to it."

'Queen Bee Game' is exclusively pre-released on Wavve every Friday at 9:30 PM. The show airs on ENA every Friday at 10:30 PM.
