Mamamoo's Hwasa Opens Up About Her Luxurious Home and Royalties

Mamamoo's Hwasa recently garnered attention by candidly discussing her home and royalties.

On the 24th, the YouTube channel 'Studio Suje' uploaded a video titled "The Original Gopchang Mukbang Queen Hwasa Returns After 6 Years, Revealing Her Never-Before-Seen Home."

Hwasa, who moved to Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, revealed her home for the first time through 'A Morning with Hwasa 2,' creating a buzz. Broadcaster Jang Sung-kyu commented on Hwasa, saying, "I've seen her around a lot, but she has a 'big sister' vibe, so I never dared to speak informally to her."

Jang Sung-kyu was amazed by the sight of a Ferrari 458 Spider and a Bentley parked near Hwasa's home, stating, "The neighborhood is on a different level. It's almost like a motor show." He expressed his astonishment while touring Hwasa's home, noting the long hallway, excellent view, and natural lighting, describing it as "grand."

Jang Sung-kyu, who woke Hwasa up, praised her, saying, "Even when you wake up, you pose elegantly." He then grilled gopchang for Hwasa and asked, "I've seen you about five times, and I'm weak against strong people. Don't you often hear that you have a strong presence?" Hwasa responded, "There is definitely that aspect, but people are usually surprised when they meet me."

Jang Sung-kyu remarked, "Talking to you briefly in the morning, you feel very feminine. You give off a 'classic' Son Ye-jin vibe." Hwasa laughed and said, "I'm very different on and off. I'm usually very quiet."

Questions about the house's price followed. Jang Sung-kyu asked, "I searched, and this place is quite expensive. It's about 5 billion won. Do you own it?" Hwasa replied, "Not yet. I've always lived in rented places. People around me advise me to buy a building, but my space is very important to me right now."

Expressing her affection for her home, Hwasa said, "This is the first house I saw. I value first impressions. As soon as I saw it, I thought, 'I want to live here.' I also value first impressions when meeting people. But this house's first impression was not wrong."

Jang Sung-kyu, impressed by Hwasa's intuition, asked, "Since the songs you made were hits, your royalties must be huge." Hwasa admitted, "That's true. But I try not to focus on money, so I don't check often." She added, "I've received up to tens of millions of won in royalties in a month," surprising everyone.
