He confessed, "I dreamed of becoming an idol." Shin Dong-yup asked, "So, were you aiming for a 2PM vibe?" Wi Ha-jun replied, "Yes. When I was in middle and high school, there were no 'beast-like' idols like 2PM. I loved acrobatics and wondered why there wasn't a group that did acrobatics and ripped their clothes on stage."

Wi Ha-jun shared, "I endured two years in a dormitory during high school, but my passion for dancing never faded. By my senior year, I felt like I would fall into depression. I had nothing to learn, so I wrote a letter and left."

He continued, "I asked my parents to send me to Seoul on weekends. I couldn't endure my senior year any longer; I wanted to succeed quickly. My parents saw my sincerity and hurriedly arranged for my transfer to Seoul in May. It was unusual to transfer at that time, so there were many rumors, like I was a JYP trainee or had a girlfriend in Seoul. But I only graduated in Seoul."
