On this day, Ji-wook, who knew about Hae-young's past relationships, rejected her proposal without a second thought. Unable to understand Hae-young's plan for a fake marriage, Ji-wook drew a clear line with a single phrase, "I can't stand it," bringing laughter to the audience.

Hae-young discovered that her ex-boyfriend Ahn Woo-jae (played by Go Wook) had stolen her idea for a company contest. When she demanded that Woo-jae withdraw from the contest, he shamelessly provoked her, making viewers' blood boil. Desperate for a fake marriage to counter Woo-jae's provocation, Hae-young decided to go through with the wedding ceremony alone, meticulously preparing a checklist.

However, Hae-young had no groom to walk down the aisle with. She approached Ji-wook again, saying, "I need a groom. Just for the ceremony," but Ji-wook only responded playfully. After being firmly rejected, Hae-young started looking for a fake husband on a second-hand market.

Hae-young declared her intention to hold a fake wedding to Nam Ja-yeon (played by Han Ji-hyun) and Cha Hee-sung (played by Joo Min-kyung). However, Hee-sung argued with Hae-young, who was only interested in recouping wedding gifts, causing tension. Later, Hee-sung decided to respect Hae-young's choice after learning that one of the reasons for the fake wedding was Hae-young's mother, Lee Eun-ok (played by Yoon Bok-in), who had dementia.

Meanwhile, Ji-wook, who was bothered by Hae-young's short-term husband recruitment ad, impulsively hugged her when they met in front of the convenience store. Testing their closeness under an umbrella, the two made hearts flutter. When Hae-young said she wasn't nervous, Ji-wook replied, "Then I'll do it. I'll be the groom part-timer," accepting her proposal on the condition of temporarily taking care of a cat.

With a fake groom secured, Hae-young began full-scale wedding preparations. She and Ji-wook visited a dress shop to try on outfits for the ceremony, adding humor as they tolerated each other for the perfect fake wedding.

However, towards the end of the episode, Woo-jae appeared as an uninvited guest while Ji-wook was changing clothes, causing confusion. Ji-wook then reappeared in a stunning tuxedo, asking, "How do I look? Customer?" His transformed appearance made the ex-boyfriend nervous, delivering a thrilling catharsis. Viewers are left wondering how Hae-young's reaction will change after seeing Ji-wook's hidden charm and whether they can keep their relationship a secret from Woo-jae.

The third episode of 'Don't Want to Lose' will air on September 2nd at 8:50 PM on tvN and will also be available on TVING as VOD.
