Shin Dong-yup Educates His 2010-born Son on Condom Use

Shin Dong-yup has revealed that he is educating his 2010-born son on the use of condoms.

On the 19th, the YouTube channel 'Jjanhanyoung Shin Dong-yup' uploaded a video titled "Park Sung-woong and Kwak Si-yang {Jjanhanyoung} EP. 55 AZ Comedy Villain 'I'll Let You Live If You Laugh~'". The video featured Park Sung-woong and Kwak Si-yang, the main actors of the movie 'Desperate Pursuit', as guests.

Park Sung-woong shared a story with Kwak Si-yang, saying, "When my mother passed away, Dong-yup hyung came fully dressed and greeted everyone, even though he couldn't stay for more than five minutes. He couldn't sit down and just left." Shin Dong-yup explained, "I was really pressed for time due to filming. I've known Sung-woong for a long time," and added, "It's my first time meeting Kwak Si-yang."

Kwak Si-yang responded, "I feel a personal connection. I did 'We Got Married' with your wife, PD Sun Hye-yoon. After that, whenever I saw you at an event, I felt very happy to see you, even though it was my first time meeting you."

Shin Dong-yup smiled and said, "That's right. You did 'We Got Married' with So-yeon back then. My wife was directing 'We Got Married' at that time. Kwak Si-yang was very handsome and nice. I heard a lot about him from people around."

Park Sung-woong, who has been married for 17 years, humorously responded to a question about whether he still finds his wife lovely, saying, "I'm scared." He shared an anecdote, "Once, my wife told me to come home early. We usually drink until morning. I came home at 7 AM, and my wife woke up. As I was taking off my shoes, she asked, 'Didn't you say you had no schedule today?' I replied, 'Something came up suddenly,' and tried to leave, but she said, 'Aren't you coming in? Come in and sleep.'"

Park Sung-woong revealed that he is very close with his 15-year-old son. Shin Dong-yup shared, "I used to kiss my son on the lips, but he started to dislike it from the second grade. I saw him wiping his mouth after a kiss. After that, he would stick his tongue out during a kiss, knowing that I wouldn't kiss him if he did that. So, I stopped."

Shin Dong-yup added, "I always tell my son that our country has the lowest condom usage rate and that he should use condoms a lot when he grows up. I've been telling him this since he was young." Upon hearing that Park Sung-woong's child is the same age, Shin Dong-yup advised, "You should start talking about it now so that they accept it naturally when they become adults."
