Byun Woo-seok opens his mouth on the 'overprotection controversy'

On the 15th, Baro Entertainment announced its position, saying, "We deeply apologize for causing damage to our guests while performing security duties when our artist departed from Incheon Airport on the 12th."
He continued, "First, we were aware of the actions of the security guard who shined a flashlight towards airport users and asked him to stop his actions. Although we were not able to recognize the detailed security situation at the gate, airline ticket, and on-site, it was a negative experience in the entire security performance process. “I feel a deep sense of moral responsibility for this unfortunate incident, and I apologize to the users who felt inconvenienced,” he said, bowing his head.
Baro Entertainment repeatedly apologized, saying, "From now on, we will check more closely and be careful to avoid situations that cause inconvenience to many people, including airport users."
Previously, while Byun Woo-seok was leaving for Hong Kong for an Asian fan meeting tour on the 12th, a video of a security company employee controlling the gate and flashing a flashlight at lounge passengers was posted on social media and was embroiled in controversy.
Below is Baro Entertainment’s full statement:
hello,
This is entertainment.
We deeply apologize for any damage caused to our guests while performing security duties when our artist departed from Incheon International Airport on the 12th.
First, after becoming aware of the security guard's actions of shining a flashlight at airport users, we requested that he stop his actions. Although we were unable to recognize the detailed security situation at the gate, airline ticket, and on-site security, we fully feel moral responsibility for any unpleasant incidents during the entire security process, and we bow our heads in apology to the users who felt inconvenienced.
In the future, we will check more closely and be careful to avoid situations that cause inconvenience to many people, including airport users. We apologize once again for causing you concern.
