Lee Dong-gun opened up about his hair loss concerns and confessed that he has been using heukchae for 10 years.

In SBS' 'My Little Old Boy', which aired on the 14th, Lee Dong-gun was shown receiving hair loss counseling.

On this day, Dong-gun Lee confided his concerns to Lee Sang-min and said, "It's not a new concern for me in my 40s, but when filming a drama from above, the water purifier looks empty."

He then confessed, "When the head is lowered or the camera moves up, the staff becomes anxious. If the top of the head is going to be filmed, black paint is applied beforehand. It's been over 10 years since we filmed like that."

Lee Sang-min, who took a photo of the top of Lee Dong-gun's head, was surprised and said, "It feels like he's been stripped to this extent, right?" and Lee Dong-gun said, "When you see the top of the head, it feels like your private parts are exposed."

Afterwards, Lee Dong-gun went with Lee Sang-min to receive hair loss consultation. As a result of genetic testing, Lee Dong-gun was found to be at high risk for male pattern baldness. The doctor said, “Male pattern hair loss is often 80% hereditary. So, it can be said that the risk of hair loss is high hereditary,” he explained.

Lee Dong-gun was recommended a scalp tattoo instead of a hair transplant at the hospital, and decided to get a scalp tattoo. Lee Dong-gun said, "The thing that I feel is serious is that it's a little bit behind the center, so I want to receive intensive care. In other areas, I want to reduce my greed."
